My Project

My goal for this project is to transform my diverse classroom into a hub of active learning and engagement. My students, each with unique skills and interests, (and a lot of energy) deserve an environment that fosters curiosity and creativity.

By introducing standing desks, standing whiteboards, clipboards, and essential supplies like pencils and dry-erase markers, we can create a dynamic workspace that accommodates various learning styles.

These items will empower students to move, collaborate, and participate actively in lessons, enhancing their overall learning experience.

Furthermore, high schoolers as we know, are motivated through snacks, which is why I chose to include them in my project. Teaching in a Title 1 school also helps provide those students who may not have enough to eat during the day the opportunity to feel themselves fueled and focused.

Your support will directly contribute to these goals, providing my students with the tools they need to thrive academically and develop a lifelong passion for learning.
