My Project
We workout a lot at our school. Unfortunately, nutrition is something not prioritized in these children's lives. I want to try to change that. How will we build muscle without appropriate nutrition? This summer, we are planning to do an extensive strength and conditioning program. I would really like to be able to provide them some extra nutrition after each workout.
I love these students and want to show them how important protein is to repair muscle.
They will really enjoy it too. At the age some of these boys are at, they really want to get bigger or stronger. With your help, we can accomplish that.
