My Students
Most the students I teach come from low income areas. They do not have the disposable income that other families have. However they are students who strive for becoming stronger. They come from all backgrounds. But share one goal of becoming healthier, stronger and Fit. Help them achieve that.
My Project
Getting students interested in fitness is my main priority as a Physical Education Teacher. Showing them alternate workouts and equipment to use is fundamental to any physical fitness. We all cannot join a gym. I want our students to know that we could use a few simple things to get in shape.
Help them get in shape.
My students show be able to replicate workouts at home during asynchronous instruction and even invest into their own equipment. BY adding simple ring toss games they will improve on accuracy, a necessary skill in any sport.
