This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These books will help our community grow through enriched opportunities to learn about social-emotional skills and the importance of diversity. Our students navigate a multitude of challenges in their lives.

By donating to our project, you will not only help students discover the beauty in stories, but you will support them in learning life-skills for navigating conflict, differences, emotion regulation, including others, processing grief, and much more.

Access to stories that teach students life lessons, with characters who look like them, supports them in discovering the joy of reading and navigating the world.
