This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would love to add some Tonies Characters for our Tonies listening station that we will be soon adding to your daily reading station rotations. It is very important to get our younger students interested in reading and listening to reading.

Listening to reading is important for our younger students to learn to read with fluency, as well as for our Emergent Bilinguals to hear correct pronunciation of words.

I know my students will be so excited to be able to listen to different songs and stories and even record themselves reading with the addition of these Tonie Characters.
