Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are a Title one 3K program located in Williamsburg Brooklyn. In 3K we are creating nurturing and loving students. My 3K students are curious and love to explore the classroom through different centers. (Interest Areas). We want to build a multi-purposeful environment where students learn how to love and respect books and mimic their favorite authors. This area will also be a place where they will learn how to regulate their emotions. The tent will be used for social emotional support where they will learn how to handle their frustration by using the different tools such as the mood meter breathing technics and fidgets.
