My Students
I teach in a high-needs school in Brooklyn, NY. My students come from a variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Despite these differences, my students give their all to be sure they understand any topic that is given to them.
My classes consist of gifted students, general education students, special education students, and English language learners.
In my classes, we are always exploring. I try to incorporate as much technology as possible. Students are able to use laptops to complete online simulations, Webquests, and research information on their own.
My Project
After a great first season of basketball at our middle school that our girls brought to fruition through hard work and dedication we were sadly put on hold and unable to play again due to the pandemic. Now that the world is on its way back taking all the precautions necessary we are excited to bring back the team that our girls worked so hard to make happen to begin with!
As a Title I school, we do not always have access to everything that our students need.
With the help of backpacks, water bottles, and hair supplies it will alleviate the stress from our hard working parents will making commuting for our students more functional. Thank you so much for your consideration, we are looking forward to a great season !
