This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are curious, energetic and always will to learn! There have been so many changes in the past five years in education in my state, but students have always risen to the challenge in math, language arts, and science. We are now delving into the computer science and technology. Integrating assignments through google and online learning management system like. All this new technology can be frustrating at first, but my students have embraced it and worked through the challenge. My students are eager to learn all that is out there with technology, but it is up to me to bring those experiences to many of them.

My Project

Technology is all around us! As a teacher, I am now expected to teach this to my students. CUE is an annual technology conference where the latest educational innovations are showcased. I need to have this opportunity to fine-tune my tech knowledge and skills.

I will learn how to help all students with technology, how to create digital citizens of tomorrow, and participate in hands-on workshops that will allow me to be a learner.

There is so much out there that is being developed and this conference will help me to bring it to my students and peers.
