Help me give my students the ability to be wise and stay sanitized during school opening!
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Milone's classroom raised $379
This project is fully funded
My Students
My students range in age from 4-10 in grades PreK-2 and endure each school day with various disabilities. Students in my classroom may have learning disabilities with math and reading, autism, and/or physical disabilities that require them to have additional learning support in my classroom! My students come from a very low-income urban city where crime is very high, and school is the safest and most stable place for them to be!
One hundred percent of students receive free breakfast, snacks, and lunch.
A majority of students also have morning and after school care. Our school has recently removed classroom technology due to budgets and will not be replacing them, so the younger students have limited access if any to modern-day technology.
My Project
These materials are things that are we are not able to find in the stores anymore! We are opening in August and we need cleaning supplies! Especially having students with all different disabilities, we need many different types of sanitizing! Clorox wipes for our tables, wipes for our hands, tissues for our noses, hand sanitizer for in between washing hands, and Lysol to try and control germs in the air! With these supplies the anxiety of going back to school will be lessened, knowing we are able to do as much as we can to keep ourselves safe and healthy!
Nearly all students from low‑income households
