Geography and Focus Project Supplies

Help me give my students the necessary classroom supplies to understand the world around them through focus projects and studies.

My Project

I work in a Title-1 school and I want to bring the outside world to all of my students. I want them to use maps to better understand WHY things happen in the past, present, and future. While I provide most of the classroom materials, my student atlas is out of date and has been well-used by many of my previous students.

My other supplies needed is key to focus projects that my students complete for each of their units.

This allows them to have a fun and engaging lesson, without the anxiety of not having what they need to complete these projects and assignments.

I think of the " 'Cause I Ain't Got a Pencil" poem by Joshua T. Dickerson whenever I think of materials needed for my class. I don't know everything that my students go through. While they are in my care at school, my goal is that they will not have anxiety about pencils, project supplies, and updated materials
