My Project
Generation Genius is an online platform that provides standards based science and math videos and activities that can be viewed in class or assigned for viewing at home. These science and math videos support and enhance our regular units throughout the year. Scientist "Jeff" uses a variety of ways to keep the kids engaged during each 10-15 minute video. He provides not only science and math facts and content but also shows the kids demonstrations and hands-on activities they can do at home or in class that supports the theme of each video.
Hands-on science inquiry supports the overall literacy growth of students!
They learn to ask questions, be observant, and try things out for themselves!
