This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are ready to explore new opportunities in physical education, and we need your help to make it happen! We’re introducing a gymnastics unit to our curriculum, which will offer students a dynamic way to engage in exercise, build strength, and develop essential physical skills such as balance, coordination, and flexibility.

With your support, we will be able to provide the necessary gymnastics equipment, including mats, balance beams, and other apparatus that allow our students to safely practice various skills.

This equipment will open up new avenues for students who may not have been engaged in traditional sports or physical activities, giving them an exciting and rewarding way to stay active.

Gymnastics not only offers great physical benefits, but it also helps build self-confidence and perseverance as students work on mastering new skills. Whether it’s a forward roll, a handstand, or learning to balance on the beam, students will be challenged to push themselves in new ways, promoting both physical and mental growth.

This equipment will ensure that students of all abilities can participate, creating a fun and inclusive environment. With these resources, we’ll be able to tailor lessons to meet the needs of different skill levels, allowing every student to experience success. Your support will help us give our students more ways to stay healthy, have fun, and explore their potential!
