These tuners have made a tremendous difference in both the learning experience and the enthusiasm of our students.\r\n\r\nWith the tuners in hand, students are able to practice tuning their instruments in small groups, then were able to confidently tune individually. This has given them a greater sense of independence and ownership over their learning.\r\n\r\nOne of the most exciting and unexpected outcomes has been the friendly competition that developed in the classroom. Students quickly began challenging each other to see who could get their ukulele the most perfectly in tune, often cheering when someone got all green lights on their tuner. This lighthearted rivalry has fostered a deeper level of engagement and pride in their musicianship.\r\n\r\nIn addition to improving their musical skills, learning to tune their own ukuleles is helping students take better care of the instruments.
