My Project

I like to spend as much time as possible outside with my students. I want them to have the opportunity to run, jump, and play in the fresh air. The same activities that we do indoors, we do outdoors. We read, paint, do puzzles, dance to music, etc. I am always looking for new and exciting adventures, and my students are always excited to learn new things.

I am requesting a greenhouse, buckets, and nature books because I've introduced organic gardening to my little ones.

We're growing vegetables and learning about the garden ecosystem. With the buckets, the children will each be able to water the garden. I invite the children to dig, touch, and explore. We've collected caterpillars and watched them transform from caterpillars to chrysalis to moths. We've gathered and added earthworms to our garden as well. We will read more about nature and how we can help our planet one garden at a time!
