This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our urban school garden is six years old and flourishing! We are proud to have a huge school garden and our students enjoying visiting and caring for it.

We need potato grow bags, self watering flower pot with trellis and a garden cloches to protect plants from bunnies and frost, to have a successful spring season.

The potato bags will allow us to grow potatoes and easily harvest them by dumping the bags. The self water pot with a trellis is to allow us to have clematis growing at the entrance of our garden throughout the summer. The garden cloches are cones that can cover a young plant to protect it from frost and bunnies.
