Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This was the first year of our school's garden club. We have started out growing seeds indoors during the winter and now that we are headed outside we need more tools to help with our planting and harvesting. Our school garden does not have access to a hose so we are asking for a rain bucket will help us water our plants outdoors in a sustainable way.

We are also asking for more tools like shovels and rakes to care for our garden beds.

We are also looking for a tool shed so that we can safely store the tools that we need to garden needs. We have had an incredibly successful first year as a garden club and we are excited to keep growing our skills and growing our plants!!
