My Project
My students are energetic, curious, and always looking for new ways to learn and connect. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring a variety of learning styles and strengths into the classroom. Many of them benefit from hands-on, interactive activities that challenge them to think critically, work together, and have fun while learning.
Our classroom is more than just a place to study—it's a space where we build community, grow our social skills, and practice patience, communication, and creativity.
Help me bring chess, checkers, Monopoly, and other engaging board games into the classroom to give my students new ways to learn, think, and connect!
Board games are an amazing way to teach critical thinking, strategy, communication, teamwork, and even real-world math skills. Games like chess and checkers challenge students to plan ahead and analyze patterns. Monopoly teaches budgeting and negotiation. Other games like Uno, Battleship, and dominos build vocabulary, logic, and collaboration.
Not only will these games provide educational value, they’ll also give students a fun, screen-free way to relax, de-stress, and enjoy school more.
