My Project

I teach 14-18-year-olds with a variety of intellectual, physical, and sensory impairments in our high school's special needs classroom. Each student has a unique learning style.

We work with each student individually to help them communicate their personal goals and visions for their futures.

My students need a fun way to practice their social skills. We will use the games to help them practice their social skills with their peers. Social skills will help my students interact with the world around them through relationship development, verbal communication, and body language. The right set of social skills will make it easier for my students to make friends, share with their classmates, and cooperate in social environments.
