Games to Help Develop Social Skills

My students need games to help them practice their social skills. The Peaceable Kingdom games focus on cooperation rather than one winner which will help my students communicate with each other to complete a common goal.

My Students

My 4th grade Social Skills Class is full of laughter and learning. We may not learn the "traditional way" but their eagerness to learn and master new skills is evident in every smile of accomplishment. My class is comprised of students with Autism who enjoy reading and being read to, playing games together, and most of all sharing our accomplishments.

The life, social, and situational skills learned in class help them to interact with others and share their knowledge in meaningful ways.

My Project

My students need regular practice to help develop their social skills and the games are a great way to accomplish this. They enjoy playing games together and do not even realize they are practicing their skills. When playing a game they get to practice speaking to their peers, eye contact, taking turns and other important skills.

By donating to our project you will give us quality games to promote social growth in our classroom.

The Peaceable Kingdom games are perfect for my class because they promote working towards a common goal rather than one winner. The games will help my students develop a sense of community amongst their peers.
