My students need regular practice to help develop their social skills and the games are a great way to accomplish this. They enjoy playing games together and do not even realize they are practicing their skills. When playing a game they get to practice speaking to their peers, eye contact, taking turns and other important skills. By donating to our project you will give us quality games to promote social growth in our classroom. The Peaceable Kingdom games are perfect for my class because they promote working towards a common goal rather than one winner. The games will help my students develop a sense of community amongst their peers.
