This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Whether it's Scrabble to build vocabulary, Taboo to sharpen description skills, or storytelling card games to foster creativity and plot development, these tools help students think critically, collaborate, and develop essential language arts skills in a low-stress, high-engagement way.

For many of my students, traditional learning can feel overwhelming, especially when it involves public speaking or writing under pressure.

We have a loving,laughing classroom and these games will add to my diverse group of students and continue building community.

These games offer a supportive environment where they can take risks, experiment with language, and build confidence—all while enjoying themselves.
