Help me give my students games to apply their knowledge of the early 20th Century in the United States.

My Project

Help me get my students interacting with each other and their attention away from their phones. Games are a fantastic learning tool, both for knowledge enhancement and the development of social skills. Students are constantly playing games on their phones, so I plan to get them involved face-to-face playing games in my classroom.

These games will help students apply the content we are learning about in US History.

Monopoly: National Parks will allow my students to experience monopolies while acquiring National Parks created around the same time! The name says it all.

Risk: The conquering of new lands, allying with other powers and protecting countries with force. An interactive and socially developmental way to understand imperialism.
