Every child has the right to their education, to become the best version of themselves. In order to do this, I believe it is critical to provide scholars with the necessary tools and experiences to learn.
The opportunity to watch my scholars grow and get excited about learning is what keeps me excited about teaching!
Getting to support a group of eighteen, sweet, thoughtful, kind, strong-willed learners is what gets me going everyday. I get to support and inspire kindergartners through third-grade students with disabilities that get in the way of their excitement about learning. All of these learners put forth so much grit everyday and try to put their home lives to the side to better themselves. I need them to have what they deserve to be successful.
My Project
My students range in grade level from kindergarten to third grade! Each of them have their own needs and it is important that I reach each of them to ensure they learn not only about words, but also about how those words can be feelings and how to express those feelings in a way that helps each of them learn.
My students are incredibly more engaged when their learning is in the form of fun!!
When scholars are given a space to think and reflect, no matter the age, they will blow your mind. Help our scholars discover how amazing they are, through playing games and expressing their feelings.
