Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Learning should be engaging, interactive, and fun! Our students spend 30-45 minutes every day in small group Math rotations. Part of the activities that occur are hands on learning activities with current or past Math concepts. Our teachers and students need games that can be worked into the activity rotation to ignite interest in review and practice.

Games engage children in the review and practice of important skills.

Our students, from K to 5th will have the opportunity to use these games to practice critical computation skills on a regular basis. Teachers can save planning time for the critical planning of instruction when they can grab a game for students to play during small group rotations. Students will become fluent in their basic facts and can spend their thinking energy on more complex mathematical concepts.
