This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
On our campus, we incorporate social and emotional learning into our day. Every day in homeroom, we talk about social and emotional wellness using circles and lessons. On Fridays, we get to have a game day where we build strong relationships and enjoy our morning. I would like to use all these games to add to our library. I will also be using the educational games such as Proof and the story cubes in my "Spark" class where the students get extra assistance in their academic classes.
In addition to spark, I would use the story making games in my creative writing class, so essentially, these games would be used in numerous ways throughout the day.
