This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My 7th and 8th graders enjoy expanding their minds as long as they can interact with others. The key is to help them learn without realizing they are learning.
With games like Life, checkers, and Scrabble, the students will work on their social skills while expanding their knowledge in Math and English.
These skills will help them in life now and in their future.
Also, the games will help students destress and be more open to learning during class time. This means the scholars will be able to focus on the task at hand during class, learning the concepts presented. A win for everyone.
