This structure has reduced off-task behavior and increased the amount of time students spend actively engaged in learning. Transitions between activities have also become smoother, allowing for more instructional time. The project has also contributed to increased student confidence. Many students who were previously hesitant to participate are now more willing to share ideas, ask questions, and take academic risks. The use of reflection tools and positive reinforcement has helped students recognize their own growth, which has built a stronger sense of self-efficacy. As a result, students are more motivated and take greater ownership of their learning.\r\nIn fact, classroom behavior has improved overall. With clear expectations and consistent routines, students understand boundaries and are better able to self-regulate. The tools provided have given them practical strategies to manage frustration, stay organized, and remain focused during independent and group work.\r\nFinally, the classroom environment has become more positive and supportive. The rug has expanded our calming area, giving students a comfortable and inviting space to reset, refocus, or engage in quiet reflection when needed. It has also made our small-group area more welcoming for discussions and collaborative learning. The dry-erase markers have been just as impactful, providing students with reliable tools to clearly show their thinking during lessons. When the materials first arrived, the students were so excited. Many immediately noticed the rug and rushed to sit on it, and several were thrilled to finally have fresh markers that worked well. Their reactions made it clear how much these simple resources meant to them. Moving forward, we will continue building on our current math lessons as we strengthen fraction skills and deepen algebraic thinking. This allowed them the freedom to get a book that reflected their choices and desires. \r\n\r\nThank you for helping make this happen.
