Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year my classroom theme will be Game On. Super Mario is very popular with the students so I place to use this theme to create a fun and engaging learning environment. I will use the Mario decorations to decorate my classroom and bulletin board.

The materials in this project are day-to-day items that will be used to help to run a smooth and successful classroom.

For example, pencils to write with, and crayons and paper for the drawings that reinforce the lesson. Being able to have these supplies stocked in my classroom allows by students and I to maximize learning as we will not have to spend time or energy locating supplies, looking around our room for extras.

The resources in this project will be used for reinforcement and enrichment in small group intervention as well as whole group learning.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
