it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love my students' curiosity, creativity, and determination. Despite the challenges they face as part of a Title I school, they come to class each day eager to learn and grow. Their resilience and enthusiasm inspire me daily.
By providing a variety of board games, we can create an engaging and supportive environment where students can develop critical life skills.
Games like "Star Realms" and "Rad lands" will enhance strategic thinking and planning. Cooperative games like "Marvel Champions" and "Axis and Allies" will foster teamwork and communication. Classic games like "Chess" and "Scrabble" will improve their problem-solving abilities and vocabulary.
The goal of this project is to provide my students with the tools they need to develop essential skills in a fun and interactive way. Through board games, we aim to enhance their critical thinking, teamwork, and social skills, which will benefit them academically and personally.
My students are special because they bring diverse perspectives and a unique energy to our classroom. They thrive on interactive and hands-on learning experiences. Despite the socioeconomic challenges they face, they are incredibly resourceful and motivated. They deserve every opportunity to succeed, and these board games will help them unlock their full potential.
