My Project

My students learn by doing. Creating games on science topics learned throughout the year is a win-win. Students review concepts while also being creative. In the past, no two boards are the same. Choice matters in school.

Students share their board games with not only their classmates, but also future students in our classroom.

Science can be hard for some and this project is a great way to break up more complex topics.

There is ownership to this kind of project. When kids are connected with a project, engagement and learning increases.
