Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I am teaching Science for 7th-grade students. Most of the population in my classroom are Spanish speaking, ELL students. This school year, my goal as a Science teacher is, to begin a small project, but with a vision to create a research center for middle school students. This project will motivate my students to study Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM). Integrating a Partnerships likes DonorsChoose.org can support our innovative research and educational projects for kids. I, as a Science teacher and Engineer, will support my students in many investigation processes by involving the Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Quantum Physics, Earth Space Science, Technology, and area of engineering to create a vision, exploring new concepts in science and engineering and provide leadership in research and education.
