My students need a sink and float exploration kit, classification center, plant kit, and butterfly kit to help them learn how to explore and classify objects.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Mangin's classroom raised $300

My Students
Please help my Kindergarteners learn how to become little scientists!
My kindergarten students attend a kindergarten through fifth grade building.
They attend a school in New York. My kindergarteners are very hard working children who love to learn through cooperative play/instruction. It is so amazing to see how much they grow intellectually throughout the year.
My Project
My students will use the watch it grow kit to learn about planting. We will learn about how the growth of a plant starts with a seed. We will discuss what is needed in order for plants/flowers to grow. My students will use the sink and float kit to learn how to observe objects that float and sink. We will learn about why some objects float and others sink.
Please help my students learn about the world around them through science explorations.
My students will use these tools to help them classify and explore by using hands on manipulatives.
