Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach 20 students at a Title One School. I teach all content and my students come to school each day ready to learn with very little supplies. Most of my students are ESL learners and work very hard daily.

Having an engaged environment with learning resources, coding robots and programming kits will teach my students hands-on-play to help build self-confident, team work, conceptual thinking and social skills.

As Technology advances, teaching robotics will increase my students engagement, open communication lines and help improve my students STEM skills in the future.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
