Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students have a burning passion for art! The art room is their safe place where they can explore a variety of art mediums as well as just relax and be themselves. While we are a school of choice, we are also a Title I campus.

My students come from diverse backgrounds but one thing they all share is a love and passion for ART!

My Project

This is my first year as a middle school art teacher, and I am building this campus the ideal art room for middle schoolers.

Each class period is 45 minutes each, so this will maximize our time between sketch and final drafts.

These light boxes will be used to transfer a student sketch onto their final draft, These tools can be used for so many art lessons, but will mainly be used to teach lessons on drawing architecture!

My students deserve the best in order to excel as artists, please give us a hand!
