My Project
My students love the freedom to choose where to learn. They love to demonstrate and show peers their problem solving skills a "teacher." Specific furniture opens the door for this to take place.
These flexible seating chairs and the adjustable magnetic dry erase board would make a perfect addition to our classroom.
The weekly student leader appreciates and grows from the opportunity to be a "student teacher." What a wonderful piece of furniture the board would be for students to call their own. Also, the option to have a different place to sit and work provides some extra motivation for students to continue their learning. They already have bean bags, bouncing stools, and standing desks. These chairs would provide yet another opportunity for for small groups to gather and work together.
Through freedom, choice, and leadership opportunities, my students thrive in a classroom that has more than the traditional desk and chart paper.
