My Project

The impact of Covid-19 has far reaching ramifications. For my students, it has impacted their reading comprehension more than any other area. My goal is to help foster their love of reading by providing them with organized book shelves so that it's easier to sift through my extensive collection. I also wanted to provide them with comfortable seating options and cozy pillows so they feel more cozy during our silent reading block. Finally, as it rains quite often in Haiku, I wanted to provide my students with games and snacks so that during indoor recess, they will be able to have fun appropriately!
