This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In second grade, February is "Fact Month"! It's the time of the year when we focus on getting our math facts memorized. Most often, this involves repetition.

Playing games is one of the best ways for students to engage in repeated practice.They are learning and having fun doing it!

These sets of dominoes will allow all of the students in my class to practice their facts in a fun and effective way.

I have selected a variety of sets to accommodate the many needs in our classroom. Some students are still working on mastering their basic facts, others will be challenged to work on advanced facts. In addition, the TPT gift card will allow me to download and print additional math games to use with our new domino sets to keep the learning fun throughout the year!
