This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students can use stress-relieving fidgets to help improve their mood and mental health.

Feeling Frustrated, Use a Fidget!

Please provide fidgets, stress balls, emotional support plushies, anxiety strips, and other quiet, fun toys for students needing to reduce their test anxiety and school stress. The Guidance Department and Mental Health Professionals will offer these useful tools to students to teach them healthy ways to learn to cope with stress. Students will be able to use them in the office and then keep them in their backpacks to reduce stress.
