My Project

I am a first year teacher trying to expand my centers and task box collection for my students! This project will benefit students that are in a kindergarten and first grade resource special education classroom. These materials will be used to print and organize task boxes to create centers for easy accessibility to my students. Task boxes give students the ability to work on their fine motor skills, while working on sorting, letter and number recognition, sequencing and even reading! It is a fun way to get my students learning in a way that will develop motor skills as well!

By providing centers for my students, they are able to work on specific skills that focus on their individual needs.

While doing so, they are also working on their independence and self regulation.
