My Students

My classroom is filled with the happy giggles of energetic, fun-loving first graders who come to school eager to learn each day. Our school is in a small rural community in northeastern South Dakota. My students are active first graders who love exploring and learning new concepts and ideas at school.

My Project

These books will help students not only learn life lessons, but also create topics for writing projects and/or STEAM activities. The chairs will allow students to find a comfortable spot to enjoy rereading the books. The finger lights will help students with tracking while reading during our "Flashlight" reading in our classroom.

Each of these items will help make learning fun!

Students enjoy having the freedom to find a comfortable spot to read from our classroom library during free reading times. These chairs will give my students more options to choose from.
