I am preparing a Life Skills classroom and helping the students prepare for high school. The students enjoy and learn best with hands on materials. Each student needs specific individual materials.
The students have a love for life and learning but need to be engaged differently than most students.
I would like for them to begin pre-vocational tasks so they are ready to be contributing members of their communities.
My Project
The products you purchase will be used to engage students in Life skills and prepare them for vocational activities. The color printer will help the staff to create meaningful and engaging activities for the students.
Independent activities boost the students' self-esteem as well as preparing them for the future.
These students need to be engaged ALL the time! They also need to learn to be independent. With your help, the students will be making the most of their day at school by completing engaging independent tasks to increase their time on learning as well as teaching them lifelong skills.
