My Project
The main goal for this project is to teach students phonics in a fun engaging way through games, puzzles, and decodable books. My students come from a variety of backgrounds and meeting their needs can be a challenge.
All of my students love puzzles and games, so why not teach them using what they love?
I have chosen a variety of puzzles, cvc games, decodable books, and magnetic letters to help these students learn. Teaching phonics is such an abstract concept, it will be great to have some concrete things for them to manipulate and read. I really believe that my students will love these and learn so much!
