This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Recess is a great time for students to get out their energy by playing a variety of games such as soccer, basketball, and on the play structure. Although many students love to run around, I do have some students who would rather build and play a game. Our school used to have access to the giant Jenga game, but this year we do not have a set. The blocks are great for students who want to play a giant game which uses strategy or even build with the blocks. The toss game would also be great for students practicing their tossing skills and can work on adding points at the same time. These items would be a great addition to our recess time.
