My Project
Can math be fun? Can math be fun for the students with special needs? Can math be fun if students need to practice the skills repeatedly? The answer is "YES". I would like to set up my math center for my kindergarteners, first graders and second graders. Fun Math = Fun Learning.
Math center games are meaningful learning opportunities for students to acquire and enrich their math skills.
My students conduct more productively when they are engaged in game-playing and hands-on activities. The variety of math center games allow my students to target their individual math practices.
By donating to my project, you will provide my students with essential math skills support: visual support, hands-on experience, touch stimulation, counting, number recognition, addition and subtraction skills, place value awareness, interaction with other peers, decrease disruptive behaviors and focus and refocus ongoing instructions. These center games can make learning fun and inspire the students to reach their full potential.
