This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are extremely hard working and are trying their best to catch up from remote learning. Being online for some of their formative years of education has been hard for them. My group of students didn't finish kindergarten and started the following year in first grade remotely. Having the math manipulatives, math games, and wobble seats will help give my students a fun math center to work and sit at. They would enjoy having the flexible seating while reviewing and playing math games that follow the common core standards. Having the wobble seats will get them excited for learning and sitting can be very hard but having these seats will help them continue to move while sitting.
