This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Without doubt, headphones do not last forever! That is why, there is a constant need for new headphones each year. They are essential every day in any classroom. Without working headphones, it is extremely difficult for my Kindergarten students to complete their daily assignments. Nowadays, students also cannot share headphones as we have in previous school years. While it would be ideal for each student to bring their own headphones and for headphones to last all school year, neither of those usually happens. Ipads are used daily during reading workstations. As I, the teacher, work with a small group of students, the rest of the students work on reading skills by reading stories and recording themselves reading independently. My Kindergarteners need these headphones to be successful. Headphones would be great to have to continue supporting my scholars academically!
