This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This is most of the students' first-year experience in a school setting. Kindergarten social-emotional growth is very important for the students to grow. COVID-19 has not allowed students to interact with each other and develop their social skills.
Students will use the materials outdoors and begin to communicate and problem solve with each other.
Students will be able to work together, problem-solve, play, communicate and create new friendships. In addition, students will be exploring and learning new ways to play with each other in a safe manner.
