My Project
As a math intervention teacher my job is to help students struggling with math. One constant I’ve noticed is that the more engaging I make a lesson the more involved students are with their own learning, so each Friday I do a math game to go along with the concept we are learning about that week. Teachers Pay Teachers is a resource that I use to help me find premade games for each grade level. The only thing I need to do is print, copy on requested card stock, laminate, and store for future use.
The donations to this project will help to improve my students’ understanding of and competency in math concepts and skills.
The best way to increase math skills is to practice more, and these games will help engage my students and give them a positive experience with numbers. This project will only help enrich their competency with number concepts.
