Help me give my students a chance to have fun during their centers! During centers students are collaborating with each other to practice prior skills and skills they are learning.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
This is my first year working as a 5th grade self-contained teacher. This class has students with a variety of disabilities. Our school is a Title I school with little funding, and I want all the opportunities to provide the best experience for our students especially with all the stress of the pandemic the last two years. I want for these children to strive for success and be able to achieve greatness!
My Project
This will provide an opportunity to have fun during their centers! During centers students are collaborating with each other to practice prior skills and skills they are learning. Students love to work together to solve problems and by having these fun centers it will continue to keep them interested. This will empower the class to navigate the learning environment on their own and in diverse groups.Centers also allows for teachers to address the distinct needs of small groups of students.
