My Project
Flexible seating will make such a difference in the way our diverse population of learners can learn. It gives students with specific needs for movement the opportunity to move while being productive and completing the necessary tasks to achieve academic success. It also is a fun way for all students to sit, be comfortable, and either independently read or engage in small group instruction.
In our class, we are working on increasing our reading stamina to become better readers. The wobble chairs, yoga chairs, and lap desks will help keep my students focused during both instructional and independent reading times.
